How do I exchange my weeks?

Foxhunt Town homes currently has a association with both of the major timeshare exchanges in the country. You may join either RCI or Interval International and bank/trade you weeks through them. However, please keep in mind that you may bank each week that you own with just one of the associations.

If, on the other hand you have two or more weeks you may divide them up between both associations.

Where and when is check-in?

Check-in for Foxhunt is currently at the SPM Resorts, Inc. building which is located on Highway 64 West in close proximity to the units.

All stays are Saturday to Saturday but check-in may occur on any day during your weeks stay. For more information call SPM Resorts, Inc. at 828-743-7667 for more information and directions.

May I allow someone else to use my week?

Yes, but you must pre-advise SPM Resorts, Inc. of your intent and they will give you further instructions and procedures.

How do I transfer ownership?

Since this is a deeded property ownership can be transferred the same as your home or other deeded property you may own. Please contact a realtor and an attorney for professional advice.

Do you allow pets?

We are sorry but we cannot allow pets unless it should be an eye-seeing dog. If this is the case please contact SPM Resorts, Inc. for further information.

How do I trade internally?

Foxhunt does not have an internal trade offering at this time.
